  • Manly on Saturday 19 October 2024 - 11am - 3pm at Tropikana Cafe, Manly

    • Note: There is no bag drop at Manly. Participants will need to drop their bags at the start on event morning.

    Bondi on Friday 25 October 2024 - 8am - 6pm in the Seagull Room of Bondi Pavilion.

    • Note: Bag drop will be available during this time.

    Bondi start line on Saturday 26 October 2024 between 4:30 - 6am.

  • ULTRA runners can use the optional 40km mark Bag Drop Service at Aid Station 2 in Milson Park, North Sydney.

    Drop Off Options:

    1) Bondi on Friday 25 October 2024 08:00 - 18:00

    The label on your bag(s) will be checked at Bib Collection in the Seagull Room of Bondi Pavilion. Once checked, you will then exit the Pavilion and bring your bag(s) to the baggage truck parked in Bondi Beach Parking on Queen Elizabeth Drive.

    2) Bondi start line on Saturday 26th October 2024, between 04:30 - 06:00.

    Bags will need to be dropped off directly to the baggage truck parked in Bondi Beach Parking on Queen Elizabeth Drive.

    Please ensure your bag is correctly and clearly labeled before bringing it to the bag drop.

    • LOCATION - AS 2 or FINISH LINE ONLY

    • PHONE NUMBER

    On the Day:

    Your bags will be delivered to Aid Station 2 in Milson Park, North Sydney (~40km mark) in time for your arrival here.

    Bags will be organised based on your wave and bib number.

    Once you have finished with your bag, please follow volunteer instructions to place them in the baggage boxes behind each row of bags.

    They will then be taken to the finish line for collection. If you forget to collect your bag from the finish line, we will contact you with instructions to collect your belongings.

  • The Pre-race Briefing is mandatory for all ULTRA runners.

    It will be held online on Wednesday 23 October 2024 from 5:30-6:30pm.

  • Standard postage will be available until 11:59 PM AEST on 6 October 2024. Bibs will begin being posted out the week commencing 7 October 2024.

    Express Bib Postage will then be available until 11:59PM AEDT on 10 October 2024 with postage commencing the week of 14 October 2024.

  • Bondi Beach, on the beach side of the Bondi Pavilion.

  • Waves will be released from 05:15

    As the run is subject to minor changes, the final distance is not exact. It will be within 1-2km of 80km.

    • Headtorches are strongly encouraged for all runners in the Elite, Wave A and Wave B.

    • Water vessel that can hold >800ml

    • Compression Bandage

    • Thermal blanket

    • Rain jacket: pending weather forecast. We will advise the week of the event.

    Please note, this kit is mandatory for a reason, as advised by our medical team. This is for your safety. All mandatory kit will be checked at the finish line and a 10-minute penalty will be added per item not held by participants. This penalty will be added to the finishers' time.

    With a new section of the course going through Bondi Golf Club, headtorches are strongly encouraged for those participating in Wave A and B, to safely navigate this cliffside route.

    These can then be dropped off at Aid Station 2 and then collected at the finish. Please ensure all head torches are labelled clearly with both name and bib number.

  • Getting to the start line:

    If you have purchased a spot on the Manly to Bondi bus service:

    Departs Manly ~3:30am - 3:45am (Ultras) & 4:15am (Relay)

    Pick up point: Stand E, Belgrave St, Manly

    Participants need to show their ticket to the bus driver to board the bus.

    All participants must cross the finish line before 8:00pm and meet the Check Point cut-off times.

  • Our Redirections Plan is for those who pass through a Checkpoint close to cut off times.

  • The following age divisions for female and male are used to display the race results: 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

  • 1st place female and male - $1200 + 1 nights stay at the Manly Pacific Hotel in a Deluxe Room

    2nd place female and male - $900 + 1 nights stay at the Manly Pacific Hotel in a Superior Room

    3rd place female and male - $600 + $150 voucher to spend at Manly Pacific Hotel Bistro

    4th and 5th place female and male receive free entry to the following year's event.

    Limited edition Bondi to Manly Ultra 2024 print will be awarded to our fastest 20 female and male ultra runners as well as 1st female and male in each age division.

  • There are four Aid Stations on course at 20km, 40km, 60km and 70km. There are also 3 Water Stations at 10km, 30km and 50km.
