ULTRA runners can use the optional 40km mark Bag Drop Service at Aid Station 2 in Milson Park, North Sydney.

1) Bondi on Friday 24 October 2025 08:00 - 18:00
The label on your bag(s) will be checked at Bib Collection in the Seagull Room of Bondi Pavilion. Once checked, you will then exit the Pavilion and bring your bag(s) to the baggage truck parked in Bondi Beach Parking on Queen Elizabeth Drive.
2) Bondi start line on Saturday 25th October 2025, between 04:30 - 06:00.
Bags will need to be dropped off directly to the baggage truck parked in Bondi Beach Parking on Queen Elizabeth Drive.
Please ensure your bag is correctly and clearly labeled before bringing it to the bag drop.

On the Day:
Your bags will be delivered to Aid Station 2 in Milson Park, North Sydney (~40km mark) in time for your arrival here.
Bags will be organised based on your wave and bib number.
Once you have finished with your bag, please follow volunteer instructions to place them in the baggage boxes behind each row of bags.
They will then be taken to the finish line for collection. If you forget to collect your bag from the finish line, we will contact you with instructions to collect your belongings.

The Pre-race Briefing is mandatory for all ULTRA runners.
It will be held online on Wednesday 22 October 2025 from 5:30-6:30pm.

Bib Postage
Bib postage is only available for individual runners (no team postage). If you order your bib postage, your event shirt will be sent with bib postage.

Please note, this kit is mandatory for a reason, as advised by our medical team. This is for your safety. All mandatory kit will be checked at the finish line and a 10-minute penalty will be added per item not held by participants. This penalty will be added to the finishers' time.
With a new section of the course going through Bondi Golf Club, headtorches are strongly encouraged for those participating in Wave A and B, to safely navigate this cliffside route.
These can then be dropped off at Aid Station 2 and then collected at the finish. Please ensure all head torches are labelled clearly with both name and bib number.
