Help On Course

Yes you can meet your runners anywhere on course.

You can also meet your runners at our Aid Stations.

We ask that if you plan to meet at our Aid Stations, you take Public Transport to keep the roads clear and give easy access to our medical teams incase of emergency.

3/4 of our Aid Stations are accessible via the Sydney Ferry network.

We highly recommend using Sydney ferries to get around - it is truly the best way to explore Sydney Harbour.

Travel by Public Transport to Aid Stations

The following recommendations are based off everyone being able to make their way to Circular Quay in Sydney’s CBD.

Travel by Car

We ask that you please watch at any of the amazing spots around the Harbour where we do not have a checkpoint.

Not only is this a great extra boost for your runners where they might not expect it, it helps reduce congestion on the roads and parking around the Harbour.

Below are some recommendations for locations to meet your runners where there’s some parking available and often a cafe or two to keep you fuelled.

  • Anywhere along the clifftop at Vaucluse / Dover Heights

  • Yarranabbe Park/Rushcutters Bay or Oh Boy! Cafe at Andrew Boy Charlton Pool in the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney

  • Clifton Gardens or Mosman Rowers Cafe have a great viewing viewing balcony over the path so you can watch and wait (with coffee!)

  • Dobroyd Head, parking at Tania Park or North Harbour Reserve.

Event App

The Event App will be live closer to event day.

The App allows you to track runners on the course using indicative timing.

The indicative timing uses the runners average pace as they pass between our radars on course to determine where they will be on the route. It is indicative - not perfect!

If you want to meet your runners at certain spots, please give leeway to the times estimated.

Please allow notifications on the Bondi to Manly Ultra Event App if you want to receive messages advising of your friends progress.

The App will alert you when they start and finish as well as eleven different points along the full 80km route.
